Financial Controller

The Financial Controller role will report directly to the CFO and will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and basic human resource functions of the operating subsidiaries of Aleph Holdings.


  • Supervise all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition of all subsidiaries and holding company
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budgets, financial forecasts & miscellaneous reports
  • Support month-end and year-end close out processes
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Create and maintain strategic banking, accounting and tax, and legal relationships for the company
  • Oversee the inventory, buildings, properties and other organizational assets
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies
  • Act as fractional controller for minority partnership painting companies
  • Regulate the business insurance needs, requirements and necessary relationships 
  • Oversee human resources team (payroll, employee onboarding/offboarding, etc)
  • Implement and oversee administration of employee benefit program
  • Manage 1-3 direct reports including financial admin, office admin, and HR admin
  • Oversee the corporate structure, corporate governance, and legal documentation
  • Grow and manage the Aleph Holdings Finance and Admin Department
